We are pleased to announce that our friends at Iyengar Yoga Source are presenting a half-day Meditation Retreat on Saturday, November 23rd at 9:00 AM at the Girl Scout center.
The retreat will be led by Swami Vinayakanandaji of Bailur Math and will also include Sound bathing with Swami Atmavidyanandaji and Alok, followed by lunch.
Please note that this is an in-person event only.
There is no fee to attend, registration is required.
