Vedanta and Buddhism: Tools for Trying Times
Vedanta Life Academy is excited to present a unique discussion between two experienced practitioners from different traditions. Our discussion, Vedanta and Buddhism: Tools for Trying Times, will address practical challenges which face our participants in today’s complicated world. We will learn tools from both Vedantic and Buddhist traditions for addressing stresses and distresses which currently face us.
To make this relevant and practical, we request that you send us an example of a current challenge you are facing and the questions you have. Examples: Emotional distress, depression, economic or family stress, everyday practical problems. In 3 to 5 sentences, please describe:
- The situation
- The challenge
- Your question
Our speakers will take a variety of these questions as time permits.
Please send your sample challenges to sdvedanta@gmail.com
Registration for the talk is free. Visit Vedanta Life Academy to sign up.
